From a single-model AI chat to a full creative platform that the entire agency and its clients can experience.
Project MARTIN ET KARCZINSKI

This platform brings together the knowledge of an entire agency, transforming individual expertise into a shared creative system for the team and its clients.

Create the best content with AI. On-brand strategy. On-brand identity. All in one platform.
The Celebrate, Inspire, Educate framework structures every piece of content the platform generates.
This model defines three experience levels that structure a brand’s communication, moving from the most aspirational to the most functional. Celebration sits at the top: it builds the brand’s profile through lasting, iconic images that celebrate the brand’s promise and the quality of its products, services, and experiences, the tone here is symbolic, idealized, superelevated. Inspiration occupies the middle ground: it raises interest through storytelling that connects the brand’s performance to real benefits for the community, told at eye-level and applied to lived context rather than abstraction. Education forms the base: it convinces through clear, easy-to-understand information that explains the substance of the company and the concrete features of its products and services, in a descriptive, simplified register.

ADAC Client Work.
The platform’s multi-client architecture gives every brand its own independent environment. For ADAC, the team works inside a dedicated space where generation, workflows and libraries are tuned to the brand.

ZEISS Work.
Within its own brand environment, ZEISS teams generate on-brand imagery and run automated workflows, with the same design language shifting register from iconic at the top to descriptive at the base.

See AllThe Artificial Intelligence Tool is a product design and design engineering project by Lucas Pita, a product design engineer based in Munich, Germany. Built together with Martin et Karczinski, one of Germany's leading design agencies, the platform transforms individual agency knowledge into a shared creative system for the entire team and its enterprise clients, including ZEISS, ADAC, Occhio and VVO.
The work covers the full product design process: UX design, interaction design, visual design and design engineering for an AI-powered creative hub. The platform brings on-brand image generation, automated workflows, collaboration, search and knowledge libraries into one place, with a multi-client architecture that gives every brand its own independent environment tuned to its design language.
This case study shows the strategy and design engineering behind the platform: workspace structure, AI generation, workflow automation and the Celebrate, Inspire, Educate framework that structures every piece of generated content. For product design, UX design or design engineering collaborations, Lucas Pita is available for new projects in Munich, remote work and international partnerships.
